- have entered into the Canada Post “Canada Shops” Marketplace Agreement (the ““Canada Shops” Agreement”) with Canada Post; and
- are fully onboarded (have uploaded their product catalogue, pricing and inventory within the “Canada Shops” Marketplace platform) by January 31, 2027, at 11:59 pm EST.

Provided that the sellers meet the terms and conditions set out in this offer, the sellers can ship items ordered through the “Canada Shops” Marketplace not exceeding 4 kg (8.8 lbs.) anywhere in Canada at a flat rate of $4.99 (reduced from $9.99), including fuel surcharges and excluding taxes. This offer is only available from July 3rd, 2025, at 12:00 am EST., to January 31, 2027, at 11:59 pm EST., and is not transferable.
This offer does not apply to any rate other than the one described above.

Canada Post reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or otherwise amend all or part of this offer at any time without prior notice.

Canada Post reserves the right at any time, and at its sole discretion, to review any customer shipment for compliance and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including repayment of the offer amount, if it believes there has been a violation of any of these terms and conditions, the Canada Shops Website Terms of Use or the Canada Shops Marketplace Agreement.
These terms and conditions and all disputes or other matters arising out of your participation in this offer or use of the website located at canadashops.ca and all associated websites linked to canadapost.ca that are operated by Canada Post, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are situated and the applicable laws of Canada, or if you are not situated within Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to any choice or conflict of laws, rules or principles that will result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
